The researcher acts as one of the co-researchers and interacts with co-researchers throughout the stages of the research process in solving their respective problems. The team of co-research, firstly through interaction, identified the challenges inhibiting teachers towards the effective implementation of a Full-Service Policy in the mainstream classroom. Secondly, the solution and factors in responding to the challenges were explored. Thirdly, the good conditions under which these strategies and solutions are to be employed were analysed and understood.
