Abstract: This study aimed at designing a strategy to improve the teaching and learning of mathematics among Grade 3 learners using cell phones with the collaboration of parents and teachers. The challenge of improving the teaching and learning of mathematics is prevalent in primary schools, especially in Grade 3 classes, which are exit classes from the Foundation phase to the Intermediate phase. Conducting this study was necessary because mathematics is one of the critical subjects in primary schools through which, when a learner fails, they fail the grade. This study was conducted to find a strategy that can be used to enhance the teaching and learning of mathematics.
